MEET ME ON THE LANAI

Channel your inner Golden Girl, grab your drink and head to the lanai!

Besides being one of our favorite spots at the house, it went through quite the transformation. T.J. rebuilt the entire back wall creating a board and batten look, moved the pool bath to the opposite side closing up the existing doorway, redid the flooring, added a granite bar that seamlessly flows into the kitchen window, added lighting and ceiling fans and made this the perfect spot for relaxing. The view from here looks onto grand oak trees with Spanish moss, a beautiful view of the sky and the only neighbor in sight is a deer passing through.

If you look closely at the first two BEFORE photos you’ll see the old doorway into what used to be the pool bath. Now the egg chair sits in that corner.
