SOLD!

It’s closing time!

Today we closed on a beauty (or she will be when we get done with her) of a house!  YAY project!! We signed papers while wearing face masks and gloves, because hey that’s what’s happening in the world today, and celebrated with a fancy Thai take-out dinner this evening!  In the midst of the world wide Pandemic, today has certainly brightened our spirits and we can’t wait to polish this baby up.  This cute “sold” sign was made by our amazing realtor Alicia. We are pretty sure the normal realtor sold sign had gone missing so Alicia got creative with what she could find in her garage and MADE this one of a kind sign just for us.  It’s a keeper! And so is the house…Eeee!
